PERSONAL CARE
This is an important aspect of daily living which ensures wellbeing. We will offer assistance with showering or bathing, dressing with the utmost dignity
DOMESTIC TASKS
Our staff will carry out agreed household duties like laundry, ironing, light housework, dusting cleaning etc
SHOPPING
Our carers will assist with clients’ shopping, unpack and store safely
SIT IN SERVICE
Sometimes all that is required is having a carer during the day to relieve the loneliness of living alone
COMPANIONSHIP
The need for companionship cannot be over stressed. Our carers are trained to be good listeners and to maintain confidentiality
LIVE IN CARE
24 Hour Live In or Holiday Service
RESPITE CARE
We are aware that looking after a loved one or dependent family member can be challenging and draining. We provide the support needed when family members need to take a break
WAKING OR SLEEP-IN NIGHT CARE
We have excellent staff to support with night time care that will meet the needs of the clients
MEAL PREPARATION
We will support you with meals that meet your preferences. Our staff are all trained in food hygiene and thus ensuring your safety
FEEDING AND MEALTIME SUPERVISION
We will not only support with meal preparation but also support with feeding when necessary
ESCORTING INDIVIDUALS TO APPOINTMENTS
We can support you to access community amenities and support social inclusion. Our staff will accompany you when needed to meet hospital or surgery appointments, day centres, social outings, places of worship etc.
SUPPORT WITH PRESCRIBED MEDICATION
Our trained staff will provide support and prompt medication when needed. We will ensure it is administered correctly and at the right times. We are also able to collect and deliver prescriptions and repeat medications to you at home
